First dishes: Pappardelle with hunt boar, Goulashsouppe, Panzerotti with porcini mushrooms, Kind of dumplings made with bread with red turnips and poppy see, Ravioli filled with spinach sing served with melted butter, Bareliy soup.
Second dish: Plate with mixed hunt meat, Shutted beef on a rocket bed, Plated deer with red bilberry marmelade, Malga melted cheese, "Finferli, Chiodini, Porcini" mushrooms and salmi deer.
Cakes: Apple and pine strudel, Small basket filled with wood fruits and natural jogurt, Whipped cream, Bilberry with whipped cream.
